About the Sessions
Sahaja Yoga meditation is experiential.

In a typical session, there will be:

β§ a talk by Shri Mataji, the founder
β§ live music
β§ Q&A
β§ breakout rooms for additional support
This spiritual meditation awakens inner energy (Kundalini), bringing balance, peace, and joy within, while creating a clearer perception free from unnecessary thoughts.
