El ORIGEN DE SAHAJA YOGA
Sahaja Yoga fue fundada en 1970 por Nirmala Srivastava (1923-2011), conocida por millones de Sus seguidores espirituales como Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. Shri Mataji descubrió una técnica para despertar la energía Kundalini dentro de los seres humanos. Dedicó su vida a enseñar a personas de todas las nacionalidades, razas y religiones cómo utilizar Sahaja Yoga para mejorar la suya. Ella imaginó la práctica regular de Sahaja Yoga produciendo sociedades evolucionadas, donde las personas llevan vidas alegres y equilibradas.
