Mabel T
Mabel is a Colombian-born singer, composer, and producer whose musical journey began in childhood through devotional singing and a deep connection to spirituality. For over five years, she has created and produced her own music, blending the vibrant essence of Colombia with themes of resilience, peace, and self-discovery. Influenced by 25 years of practicing Sahaja Yoga and inspired by the teachings of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, her work seeks to uplift, inspire, and guide listeners toward a deeper connection with their true selves. Her performances create a serene, reflective atmosphere that invites audiences into meditation.
Through her art, she hopes to share moments of harmony, awareness, and inner transformation.
Why Meditation?
The more we meditate, the more peace we feel within. It’s that simple—and Sahaja Yoga Meditation makes this experience easy to access. It produces a powerful and instant state of thoughtless awareness, where the mind becomes calm, and peace flows through the body, bringing a transformative spiritual awareness.
To facilitate this meditative experience, Sahaja Yoga Meditation presents the concert A MUSICAL JOURNEY TO INNER PEACE, where music and art guide us into meditation and begin our spiritual journey. The international duo Seven Eyes uses music and art to elevate us and connect us with our inner being.
All the performing artists are practicing Sahaja Yoga Meditation in their daily lives, and this quality is reflected in their art.

Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
Shri Mataji, the founder of Sahaja Yoga, was born into a royal Indian family and spent part of her childhood with Mahatma Gandhi in his ashram. She later studied medicine, supported India’s freedom movement, and became a beloved mother and humanitarian who dedicated her life to helping others find inner peace.
For over forty years, she traveled the world offering meditation to everyone — always freely, as she believed spiritual growth cannot be bought.
Today, Sahaja Yoga Meditation continues Her legacy through free, volunteer-led programs available worldwide.
