En la meditaci\u00f3n Sahaja Yoga, aprendemos que el estr\u00e9s es producido por un desequilibrio en nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/us.sahajayoga.org\/es\/nadis\/#right-channel\">canal derecho<\/a>, debido a la hiperactividad mental o f\u00edsica.
