Algunos sienten conexi\u00f3n con el poder universal, otros afirman sentirse m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del tiempo y como en un estado de quietud muy parecido a un lago sin ondas. Algunas veces es posible sentir este estado sin pensamientos en cualquier momento, aun sin estar sentados meditando.
